This artwork is part of a series, “Quartet for the End of Time”, based on the musical composition created by Olivier Messiaen. “Abyss of the birds” is one of eight parts making up the musical composition. This work of art was projected on canvas after Pedrido completed a short live performance inspired in Messiaen’s music and the story behind the music.
